The world is passing through tremendous changes in each and every second. These changes have influenced our lifestyles in different manners. While many of these developments reduced human efforts in a significant way and improved the standards of living, there are still some areas that need further improvements. Mental and sexual health are such domains, where we have to pay more attention. This busy scheduled life along with work stress, the high influence of social media, individualism, etc. have resulted in severe anxiety problems among the people. Many of them are aggravated to clinical depression also. But most of us are not ready to accept the importance of our mental well being. Even though we are living in a modern era, people are reluctant to give enough focus on their sexual health. This negligence has resulted in a steep increase in sexual assaults and exploitation. Sex education is still a taboo subject. These circumstances have resulted in the birth of 'MentX'. The 'MentX' world will help the audience to develop their awareness of these matters. This blog will also provide tips or maintaining mental and sexual well being. Simultaneously, this place will serve as a platform to help and support people with mental illness and the victims of sexual assaults.
