According to absorbency, they are also divided into small, medium, and large sizes. It will be difficult to use them initially, but once you get used to menstrual cups you won't ever choose any other menstrual products.





3. Cloth Pads


If you don't want to insert tampons or cups into your vagina, then reusable/washable cloth pads are most suitable for you. They do not contain any artificial items or chemicals hence safer for your body. You need to wash the cloth pads thoroughly to remove blood stain and this might seem to be a little difficult at the beginning. But if you become comfortable with handling your period blood, then you might change your preferences. You don't have to dispose them or buy new ones, thus it saves the environment and also your valuable money. Cloth pads are available in different sizes and attractive colors so that you might fall in love with these cute period buddies.


4. Organic Pads


If you are not still satisfied with the above products, you have another wonderful choice: Organic pads. Yes, organic pads do not contain chemicals and artificial fragrances like synthetic ones. They are breathable and hence absolutely healthy for your skin. There will be no issues like itching, irritation, etc. Also they far more economical than ordinary sanitary napkins.
