1. Believe yourself: About 90% of the people around you will not believe that you are facing depression. Even if they believe, it will be difficult for them to accept reality. Hence it is really important to believe in yourself and accept your problems. You can't change the people around you. There are a lot of things which are not under your control. What you have to do here is to adapt yourself to these circumstances and rise up like a Phoenix bird.
2. Treatment: Sometimes it is essential to consult a doctor to keep the balance of your life. Because your mind will be going through an emotional rollercoaster and medicines will help you at this period. Just talking with an experienced person for a couple of hours can make you feel so much relaxed.
3. Take a break from your daily routine: Nowadays we are living a life more like programmed machines. Hence a break is really necessary. If possible go to some places you have never been to. Not so far away but any place near to you. Or else you can go to a friend's or cousin's home.
